When the frantic battle to save my mother’s life morphed into her courageous pursuit of MAiD, I was left reeling in the aftermath. But as I started to notice the signs, I realized my mom was guiding me on a healing journey - from beyond! While tragedy continued to strike, I followed her breadcrumb trail that led to me sharing our story!
I may not have been able to save her life, but I can keep her memory alive. By writing her a “pick-of-the-month”, she can still participate in her book clubs - in spirit.
Coming this summer, I hope my debut memoir will serve as a glimmer of sunlight in someone else’s storm.
