Dr. Elreacy Dock is a distinguished thanatologist, death educator, certified grief educator, and behavioral health consultant. She currently holds the position of Thanatology Department Chair and serves as an instructor at Capstone University. Elreacy further contributes to her field through leadership roles, including her service on the Membership Committee of the Association for Death Education and Counseling (ADEC) and her appointment as a board member of the National Home Funeral Alliance (NHFA). Her scholarly work and expert perspectives are widely recognized, with contributions featured in international media outlets and peer-reviewed academic journals.


Offering supportive grief group sessions, compassionate grief and death education, and evidence-based resources to guide individuals and communities through loss. My mission is to normalize conversations about mortality and grief while equipping individuals with knowledge and emotional resilience to navigate the inevitable experience of grief and loss.
